Pro X Training Principles
Our training methods in the youngest ages (Pro X Little Kickers – ages U8 and below) aim to teach the players to enjoy the game and have fun. The focus is fundamentals and grassroots – and everything with the ball. U9 to U12 we focus on teaching the players how to train – understanding how to pass/receive balls properly and introducing positions. At U13/U14, the players advance to the 11v11 game and begin to look at tactics in the game while focusing on individual technical development and learning how to compete. U17 and above the focus is learning how to win games.
